Eligibility
Commercial Cannabis tax returns can now be processed online for El Dorado County. If any of the information printed on your return form has changed, or is incorrect, please make the necessary changes during the submittal process. If changes need to be made to any account related information that is not available online, please submit your return and corrections by postal mail.

If there has been a change of ownership, business suspension or closure, please contact us ASAP at (530) 621-5800. If you wish to apply any adjustments to your remittance, please attach the completed form (here) on the next page of the online remittance.
